A Successful Week for the OTTV in Olomouc

The OTTV’s young players have had an intense and successful week. In Olomouc (Czech Republic), they first took part in an international training camp and then competed in a highly competitive youth tournament. Pavel Rehorek served as head coach for the entire team.

The training camp brought together 66 players from 11 countries. In addition to high-level table tennis sessions, the program also included targeted athletic training in the modern fitness and weight room. The young talents were able to gain valuable experience, compete against international players, and prepare optimally for the tournament.

At the subsequent international tournament, 146 players from 15 nations competed. The high level of play ensured exciting and entertaining matches.

The OTTV’s young players delivered outstanding results:

* U11 Team: Dhruv Jadhav (Kloten) won the bronze medal with his team
* U13 Team: Livio Antonili (Uster) and his team secured the tournament victory
* U15 Team: Aidan Amstad (TTC Kloten) and Joshua Provenzano (St. Gallen) finished in 2nd place together

The Swiss players also performed well in the doubles competitions:

* Gold in the U13 doubles for Livio Antonili.
* Bronze in the U11 doubles for Dhruv Jadhav.

The results clearly demonstrate that intensive training and participation in international training camps are paying off. Such camps offer young players.
